Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VIGAMES uses minimal personal data: player email addresses and standard PayPal payment records where payments are used.

Controller: Webminster Studio LTD / VIGAMES Last updated: 11 June 2026 Version: 1.0

1. Who we are

VIGAMES is a trading brand of Webminster Studio LTD. For data protection purposes, the data controller is:

  • Company: Webminster Studio LTD trading as VIGAMES
  • Registered address: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX
  • Company number: 17257917
  • Email: administrator@vigames.eu

2. Data we process

VIGAMES does not intentionally store broad player profiles or gameplay personal data. The only personal data we intentionally store is limited to:

  • the player's email address, where it is needed for login, communication, access, support or service operation;
  • standard PayPal payment records, invoices, payment confirmations or transaction references where PayPal payments are used.

Some games may include forums for game-related and technical discussions. Forum identity is based on the player's virtual in-game character, not the player's real identity or email address. Players should not post personal data in forum content.

Standard technical server logs may also be created by hosting or security systems to keep the website available and secure.

3. Why we use data

We use personal data only where we have a valid legal basis, including contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations.

Providing our websites and services

We use player email addresses for login, communication, access, support, and requested services.

Game forums

We use virtual in-game character names to show forum posts and support game-related discussions without displaying player email addresses.

Security and abuse prevention

We may use standard technical logs to protect the website, prevent spam and keep the services stable.

Contact and cooperation

We use submitted email addresses to respond to enquiries, bug reports and proposals.

Optional communications

If we introduce newsletters or marketing emails, we will use them only where permitted by law and with unsubscribe options.

4. Payments

Websites or games operated by VIGAMES may use PayPal to process payments. Card details and PayPal account details are processed by PayPal, not stored by VIGAMES. PayPal's privacy information is available at paypal.com/uk/legalhub/privacy-full.

We may keep standard PayPal payment records, invoices, transaction identifiers, payment status and payer email where this is needed to confirm a purchase, provide support, prevent fraud or keep accounting records.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use essential cookies or local storage to remember language settings, protect forms and maintain security. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our websites, only where permitted by law and, where required, with consent. Analytics can be disabled or rejected through the cookie choices provided on the website. Google's privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use advertising or marketing trackers.

6. Sharing data

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • email providers, where email communication is required;
  • payment providers, including PayPal, where payments are available on websites or games operated by VIGAMES;
  • professional advisers or public authorities where required by law.

If data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards should be used, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.

7. Retention

We keep player email addresses only for as long as needed for communication, access, support or service operation. If an email address is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised unless we need to keep it for legal, payment, fraud prevention or dispute reasons.

Forum posts may remain visible as part of game-related or technical discussion history, but they are shown under virtual in-game character identity rather than the player's email address.

Standard PayPal payment records and invoices may be kept for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback and legal purposes, normally for up to 6 years. Standard technical logs are kept for a limited period, normally 30 to 90 days, unless needed for security investigations, legal claims or abuse prevention.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • complain to a data protection authority.

For UK users, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). For users in Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). EU users may also contact their local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored email addresses and PayPal-related records, including access controls and security monitoring. No online service is completely risk-free, but we keep the amount of stored personal data intentionally limited.

10. Children

Our websites and games are not directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not create an account, provide your email address or contact us without permission from a parent or guardian.

11. Contact
