2. Scope
These Terms apply to VIGAMES websites, browser games, player accounts, in-game forums, technical communication, digital services, premium services and related payment features.
Individual games may have additional game rules, instructions, price lists or premium service descriptions. Specific game rules apply to gameplay mechanics. These Terms apply to the legal conditions for using VIGAMES services.
3. Minimum Age
VIGAMES websites and games are not directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, you must not create an account, provide your email address or use VIGAMES services without permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Accounts and Login
Some games and features require a player account. An account may require an email address and login credentials. The email address is used for login, communication, access, support and service operation.
- You must provide a valid email address where required.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and access credentials secure.
- You must not share, sell, transfer or give access to your account without VIGAMES permission.
- You must notify VIGAMES if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Multi-Accounting
Unless the rules of a specific game clearly allow otherwise, each player may use only one account per game world, server or equivalent gameplay environment.

- Using another player's account to gain an advantage is prohibited.
- Coordinated account sharing, proxy play or account sitting is allowed only where the specific game rules expressly permit it.
- VIGAMES may treat linked accounts, shared devices, repeated login patterns, payment links or gameplay cooperation as evidence when investigating multi-accounting.
If multi-accounting is confirmed, VIGAMES may warn the player, remove unfair advantages, suspend accounts, merge or delete game progress, block premium use during investigation, or permanently ban accounts involved in the violation.
6. Game Use
VIGAMES provides games within its technical and operational capacity. Games may be developed, changed, updated, temporarily unavailable or discontinued for maintenance, security, product development, technical, legal or business reasons.
Game elements such as characters, villages, rankings, achievements, virtual currency, premium points and digital items are part of the digital game service. They do not represent money and do not give the player ownership outside the right to use the game according to these Terms and the applicable game rules.
7. Forums and Player Content
Some games may include forums or similar communication features for game-related and technical discussions. Forum identity is based on the player's virtual in-game character, not the player's real identity or email address.
You are responsible for content you publish. You must not publish unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, pornographic, harassing, threatening, defamatory, spam, advertising, off-topic or third-party rights-infringing content. You must not publish personal data about yourself or another person in forum content.
VIGAMES may moderate, hide or remove content that violates these Terms, game rules or the law. Forum posts may remain visible as part of game-related or technical discussion history under the virtual in-game character identity.
9. Payments and PayPal
Payments for premium services may be processed by PayPal or another payment method shown at checkout. Card details and PayPal account details are processed by PayPal, not stored by VIGAMES.
VIGAMES may receive standard payment information such as transaction identifiers, payment status, payer email, invoices or payment confirmations where needed to complete a purchase, provide support, keep accounting records, prevent fraud, handle chargebacks or resolve disputes.
A premium service is usually delivered only after successful payment confirmation. If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, VIGAMES may remove the related premium service, suspend the account or take other reasonable action.
10. Withdrawal and Refunds
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content or digital services, this right may be lost once the service starts immediately with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you may lose the right of withdrawal after delivery starts.
Refunds are not normally available once Premium Points or premium services have been delivered, activated, credited to the account, used in the game or consumed. This does not affect your legal rights if the service is not delivered, is defective, duplicated, or where a refund is required by law.
VIGAMES may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund, credit or correction in exceptional cases, especially where Premium Points remain unused or a technical/payment error occurred.

11. Prohibited Conduct
When using VIGAMES games and services, you must not:
- use bots, macros, scripts, automation or tools that affect gameplay or server operation;
- exploit bugs, game errors, security vulnerabilities or payment errors;
- use multi-accounting where the game rules prohibit it;
- sell, buy or trade accounts, virtual currency or digital items outside official game functions;
- attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with VIGAMES systems;
- use phishing, spam, malware or attempts to obtain another player's credentials;
- harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other players or staff;
- violate the law, third-party rights, game rules or fair play principles.
12. Bans and Enforcement
VIGAMES may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action. Depending on the seriousness, history and impact of the violation, action may include:
- a warning or request to stop the behaviour;
- removal of unfair advantages, resources, rankings, posts or game progress;
- temporary chat, forum, feature, payment or account restrictions;
- temporary suspension of one or more accounts;
- permanent account ban for serious or repeated violations;
- refusal of future registrations or access where needed to protect the service.
Serious violations, including botting, fraud, payment abuse, account theft, security attacks, hate content, threats or repeated rule-breaking, may result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.
A banned or suspended player may contact VIGAMES to ask for review. VIGAMES may keep limited records needed to enforce bans, prevent abuse and protect the game community.
13. Inactive Accounts
Unless a specific game rule states a different period, VIGAMES may treat an account as inactive after 24 months without login or meaningful account activity.
Inactive accounts may be archived, anonymised or deleted. Where reasonable, VIGAMES may send notice to the account email before deletion. Some game data may be kept or anonymised where needed for rankings, forum history, security, legal, payment, accounting or anti-abuse reasons.
Premium points, virtual currency, digital items or benefits attached to an inactive account may expire, be removed or become unavailable if the account is deleted or the relevant game world is closed.
14. Availability and Liability
VIGAMES makes reasonable efforts to keep games and services working, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, failures, third-party services, hosting issues, security needs or events outside VIGAMES control.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Privacy
The processing of player email addresses, forum identity, PayPal records, Google Analytics and cookies is described in the current VIGAMES Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the country where the user lives.
